Open House at Rowan Trees Apartments

Come celebrate the renovation of the Rowan Trees Apartments with Thresholds staff, clients, and those who made it all possible. Rowan Trees is a subsidized, 45-unit apartment complex for persons who were once homeless and are living with serious mental illness. Light refreshments will be served during the event, and there will be a program at 3:30.
